The first time I was introduced to Italove with L'Amour, I could not avoid to recognize some tunes of Modern Talking on it, so I was intrigued by those guys with masks. The proposal was interesting and why not, also curious. We got a new band which would play the old sound showing that our good disco music never dies (our known slogan). For sure it captured our attention and also our support. The band is formed by Martin Blix,
Dave LaRoxx and
Dr. Mateo and they are from Sweden - Stockholm.
It is true that their melodic and catchy tunes can seduce the more nostalgic 80's disco lovers, but they also got to modernize the sounds to those times and as a result we have a fresh old sound, we can not really say that it is the classical Italodisco sound, but we also can not say it is not. In fact they define themselves as an Italodisco band. They still have not released an album, but their first singles have got a good popularity between the fans of this music style.
