Itamar Moraz & SIB

We know already this little demo that has been promoted since the visit of Itamar to SIB in Hamburg. A song dedicated to Rolf Köhler.

Now we have this new demo that bring us some joy and hopes that new great songs are coming soon. There is also a chance that an old song never released and that include Rolf vocals, can be now released, Itamar doesn't give more details but we trust this stuff will be available soon to all fans.

Enjoy the demo and wait for this release

Last words of Detlef and the future

This message was shared by Detlef Wiedeke days before the crowfunding campaign was over:

Dear friends of the sound from the 80s,
in the last years we get many mails, in which you asked for a continuation of our project. Now we sat together, have reformed us, to produce new songs for you. And we have find out, that your desire for it cannot be so largely. A few hundred people of you would be sufficient to publish the third album. That this is not possible without your support, you could verify our whole calculation in detail. An extract from it I add here:
"Production= 16000€
Because we do everything ourselves from composition and working at the sound to mixing and mastering. So it takes about 5 full days to finish up one entire song, that makes at least 60 days in the studio.
Squeezer incl. material, booklet, postage, Gema = 5000€, for the time being 2000 media
Graphic and design= 2500€ (CDCover and Booklet)
Pictures= 500€
Postage and packaging= 6000€"

I`m disappointed quite personally, that you are not ready to contribute a relatively slight support for our creative work - for a whole album plus specials. We have already taken us so much trouble in the preparatory phase and have gathered many ideas. So if you want this really, seizes the last days and get moving.
Detlef Wiedeke

As we already know, Systems In Blue did not reach its goal with the campaign, but we have to say that from the beginning the chances of achieving it were very low, we faced many obstacles and we were aware of that. The initiative was started and managed by an improsivated fan who, despite her initial enthusiasm, did not know how to manage it in the right way, which was the reason why many fans could not participate, no matter how much they wanted to. It is also no secret that in recent years the fan base for different reasons broke contact, so we could not work together and support each other, as we used to do in the beginning. But it was also the beginning of a new time for our beloved band, because now we know our strengths and weaknesses, we have experience, and we can do it this time in a better way. We have already talked to Olaf Senkbeil who seems also enthusiastic to continue with this project and maybe nothing will happen in the next months, but that doesn't mean that SIB will not continue to produce.
The crowfunding of SIB was actually no failure, it was an opportunity to learn and grow and now we have a new proposal that would need your help. So, to achieve our new goals, we want from here to invite all the fans, friends and followers of this sound that still dream about the third Systems In Blue album and more songs, «Träume sterben Nie», we can't give up on it.
Please contact us throught our facebook site if you wish to support us.

Don't insist, Modern Talking won't back

What some needs, others refuse.

The 30 anniversary of Modern Talking is coming and Dieter Bohlen just refused a millionary offer for a comeback of Modern Talking.
Weeks ago, Thomas Anders declared that he made peace with Bohlen, but only for keep diplomatic relations, and it doesn't mean they would work together again, in fact, they both seem agree in this point and both refused this possibility. That is their final decition that we should respect.
In other hand is not possible to forget how Systems In Blue would need this offering for a new production that they would be very pleased in accept. C'est la vie.
